The cops of Sacramento, California have come up with an interesting and original approach to getting kids to be aware of the dangers of street racing. They're offering programs where they actually race the kids at the Sonoma Speedway. This allows the teens to get a feel for what it's like to legally race while also taking on a cop or two!
